Sunrise Point is the first and northernmost viewpoint of the main park area where most visitors get their first impressions of Bryce Canyon. The views are enormous – you can see Fairyland Canyon, Sinking Ship and in the distance, Bryce Point.
Two trails are accessible from this point, the shorter one called Queens Garden Trail (2 miles) which connects to the Navajo Loop Trail and the longer one called Fairyland Loop (9 miles), leading down into Fairyland Canyon.
Directions
After entering the park, follow the main road (Utah 63). After passing the visitor center, locate a loop road to your left, leading to Sunrise Point.
